The Rats of Tobruk WA Remembrance Assoc.’s next General Meeting is coming up on Sunday 18th August 2024 at RAAFA in Bull Creek WA.   

We are honoured to have Captain Gary Lawton RAN as our Guest Speaker.   Capt. Gary Lawton has spent a long service on submarines, firstly the Royal Navy, and then Royal Australian Navy, and a three year deployment as Commanding Officer of HMAS Stirling.   Gary said his grandfather was in the Royal Navy serving in the Mediterranean in 1942, and has the dubious honour of having been on two ships which were sunk in the ensuing warfare.

We think Gary will be a very entertaining speaker reflecting on his 38 years in the two navies, RN and RAN and is happy to have a questions and answers session on all things Naval.

We look forward to seeing you and your friends on Sunday and enjoy the afternoon with our members and friends.  Afternoon tea will be supplied.

Parking limited due to construction.  Please park in main parking area and walk to Village Hall.    It is possible to drop people off at hall and then park your vehicle in main car park.  (See map)
